Upcoming changes that will impact customers
In late 2025, Adelaide Bank products and services will be transitioned to equivalent Bendigo Bank products and services.
Soon, customers with existing Adelaide Bank accounts will start to receive communications about this transition. This will affect all Adelaide Bank customers, whether they deal directly with us or through a broker.
We want to make this transition as smooth as possible and are committed to keeping you informed every step of the way. Future communications and updates will provide you with more details of the specific changes impacting customers. For now, there is nothing for you or your customers to do.

Each customer communication will clearly outline what customers need to do at each stage.
Customers may contact you in the first instance. If they do, these FAQs can help you respond to any queries.
Based on similar transitions in the past, there may not be many initial questions. Once customers receive subsequent communications there may be an increase in their queries.

All Adelaide Bank customers will be notified in writing about the changes prior to transition. The first customer notifications will happen in April 2025. They will be sent to all customers whether they deal directly with us or through a broker.
More detailed information will progressively be sent to customers, partners and brokers as we draw closer to the migration in late 2025.
Customers with a number of Adelaide Bank accounts may receive more than one letter.
Accounts through third parties or with joint signatories could be examples of this.
Each Adelaide Bank product has been mapped to an equivalent Bendigo Bank product.
Our customers and partners will receive more information in the coming months about the product changes. This will include a detailed comparison, as well as Terms and Conditions.
Lending support for existing customers
Adelaide Bank no longer accepts new home loan applications.
We’re here to support your customers who request further lending or any assistance with their Adelaide Bank home loan.
Applications can be submitted for existing Adelaide Bank customers via ApplyOnline for:
- principal increases;
- product conversions;
- additional lending for existing Adelaide Bank customers (excluding constructions and bridging).
