Webchat is available for brokers to access status updates only. Available Monday to Friday between 8:30am and 5:30pm (CST).

How it works

You will be greeted by an Adelaide Bank Bot which will ask our mandatory identification questions:

  • Your name
  • Broker number
  • Reference number

You will then be transferred through to one of our agents. We can also send you an email during the chat if more detail is required.

  • Loan Status – Awaiting further clarification
  • Loan Status – Awaiting Further Docs
